Abstract：
时下硕士研究生就业遭遇尴尬,其主要原因之一便是硕士研究生的培养目标不够科学合理。高校应在立足本国国情的基础上,借鉴美国先进的培养经验,完善现行的硕士研究生培养目标,使硕士研究生的培养目标与社会经济发展需要紧密结合,以缓解硕士研究生就业压力。
