Abstract：
进入老年公寓开展社会工作服务是社会工作专业的重要内容之一,也是将理论知识运用于实践的一个平台。文章阐述了小组工作方法在老年公寓中的具体应用,包括小组工作方法组前准备技巧和组中同理心等技巧的运用,以及在老年公寓实习中需要注意的问题。
