Abstract：
以福州近代工业建筑为研究对象,对现存福州近代工业建筑进行了初步调研,并以福建船政建筑为例,对其历史背景、整体布局、单体特征及其工业遗产保护利用等问题进行初步探析,以期对福建船政建筑进行功能转换,实现工业遗产保护性再利用。
