Abstract：
从合理使用制度入手,以数字图书馆作为研究对象,运用经济学理论上的产品属性和外部性理论,对数字图书馆的版权合理使用与利益平衡进行经济分析,提出完善数字图书馆的版权合理使用制度,构建网络环境下著作权人、数字图书馆和读者之间利益平衡的理论框架。
