随着餐饮业规模的日益扩大,排出的废油脂也日益增多,地沟油作为一种污染物或有毒有害物质,有关部门在加强监管的同时,作为一种资源对其综合利用的研究工作应进行扶持,并对餐饮从业人员进行社会责任心的道德教育。
