Abstract：
本文对中国农村小额信贷研究的文献进行了回顾和梳理,并对小额信贷产生的历程、操作主体、以及农村小额信贷发展的积极影响展开全面分析,认为当前只有非政府组织和金融机构下设的小额信贷专职机构能够为中国小额信贷发展提供必须的条件。
