Abstract：
对比国外应急物流系统建设的现状,指出了我国应急物流体系在组织环节、采购环节、储备环节、配送环节和信息处理环节存在的问题,提出了针对应急物流指挥系统、应急物流保障系统、应急物流信息系统、应急物流运输配送系统四个方面的对策建议。
