Abstract：
本文以中国135部门投入产出表为数据基础,应用投入产出价格影响模型测算了房地产价格变动对中国物价总水平和各部门产品价格的影响程度,分析了房地产价格上涨对中国经济的影响,并提出了相关政策和建议。
