Abstract：
讨论了一类具有阶段结构和Holling Ⅱ类功能反应的多种群捕食系统,通过构造适当的Liapunov函数及运用比较定理,得到了系统一致持续生存及其周期系统存在唯一一个全局渐近稳定的正周期解的充分条件.
