Abstract：
科技成果转化实质上就是利益关系的博弈过程,利益关系均衡是科技成果转化必须坚持的基本原则。本文在回顾科技成果转化与利益均衡理论的基础上,以科技成果转化各方的博弈能力分析为切入点,构建了科技成果转化的利益博弈模型,提出了实现科技成果转化利益均衡的对策建议。
