Abstract：
借鉴国外小城镇发展经验,结合我国的基本国情,以城市发展生态型、人文型转向为背景,探讨城市化进程中小城镇的发展定位。为把小城镇打造成为＂繁华都市背后的田园＂,这一绿色、低碳、休闲的生活区域,提供社会学意义上的理论支持。
