Abstract：
从高等院校选调应届优秀大学毕业生到基层工作,是新时期培养选拔优秀年轻干部的＂源头工程＂,优化高校选调生工作具有重要的意义。本文主要讨论优化高校选调生工作的原则以及对策建议。
