Abstract:

反激变换器原边漏感对半导体器件的影响较大,通过RCD箝位电路可以降低半导体器件的关断电压尖峰。分析了RCD箝位电路在反激变换器中的工作原理,并介绍了RCD各个参数的设计方法以及RCD箝位电路的损耗分析,实验验证了RCD各参数对反激变换器的影响。
