Abstract：
科技服务业是科学技术转化为生产力的纽带,其发展水平很大程度上影响着区域科技创新的效率与水平。基于科技服务业的内涵及外延,构建了多层次的区域科技服务业发展水平评估模型,并应用所构建模型对我国区域科技服务业发展水平进行了实证分析,最后提出发展我国区域科技服务业的政策建议。
