Abstract：
碳关税问题是在世界经济发展面临环境恶化和经济危机双重压力的背景下提出的,发达国家认为发展中国家某些产品的生产牺牲了共同环境,因此要向其征收补偿税款。本文将围绕碳关税问题展开分析,考察碳关税提出的背景、目的,分析其对我国产生的巨大影响,并对我国应对碳关税提出几点建议。
