Abstract：
近年来,政治关联对企业行为所产生的影响成为国内外学者关注的热点。在分析政治关联的界定及影响因素基础上,梳理政治关联对企业行为影响的国内外研究成果,以期为该领域的深入研究提供理论铺垫。
