Abstract：
电网规划方案技术经济评估是一项复杂的决策性工作,本文引入属性识别理论,结合变异系数确定指标权重,并以此建立电网规划方案评估流程。实例计算表明,所提方法和流程能较好地将定量与定性评估指标相结合,有效评估电网规划方案。
