Abstract：
在调研的基础上,归纳出当前村级社区学习中心的构建模式及其存在的问题,进而提出促进村级社区学习中心可持续发展的对策:(1)解决日常管理所需的场所、人员等问题;(2)做好图书采购与日常借阅管理工作;(3)加大对农村图书室的经费支持力度。
