Abstract：
房地产投资信托基金作为房地产业的一种新型的融资工具能否有效对冲通货膨胀已成为外国经济学者们研究的热点问题,该文首先对房地产投资信托基金的特点做一个简要的论述,其次着重于对国外房地产投资信托基金与通货膨胀的关系研究做一个文献梳理和总结,以此希望为我国房地产金融业的发展带来一定的借鉴意义。
