Abstract：
首先对数据能源采集系统做了全面的介绍,接着介绍了在RAM硬件平台上定制移植Windows CE操作系统,以及使用EVC开发工具对数据通信应用程序进行开发的过程,实现了数据通信,数据存储,和数据共享等功能。
