Abstract：
近年来,在我国经济发展过程中,出现了与产业结构演进理论相违背的状况。即我国在经济快速增长的情况下,产业结构升级非常缓慢。而产业结构发展缓慢条件下的经济增长必将是不可持续的。深入分析我国产业结构升级缓慢的因素,并提出促进产业结构升级的对策,对于我国经济的可持续发展具有重要的意义。
