Abstract：
高速公路路政综合执法成本是高速公路日常运营成本的重要组成部分,路政综合执法成本反映着高速公路公司路政业务的成本状况和综合执法的效率。本文阐述了路政综合执法成本的含义和对标管理理论,分析在高速公路路政综合执法成本对标指标构建中所应考虑的主要因素,并提出构建该对标指标的建议。
