Abstract：
针对某公司汽车旋压带轮中轮与轴焊接品质差、成品率和加工效率低的问题,研制了一种功能自动化程度高的轮、轴数控焊接机床。论述了轮、轴高效数控焊接工艺、机床工作原理及其结构,机床可实现轮与轴的高质、高效、自动焊接。
