Abstract:
建立了全蛋冻干粉(以下简称蛋粉)4种苏丹染料(苏丹红Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ)残留基体标准物质的研制与定值方法。经饲养、取样、均质、冻干成粉、均检稳检、协同定值及不确定度评估等过程,制得含苏丹染料残留的蛋粉样本。结果表明样本中苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ的特性值分别为123.1±7.4μg/kg,103.8±6.9μg/kg,60.6±6.4μg/kg和91.1±7.2μg/kg(k=2),均匀性及稳定性良好,适用于禽蛋中苏丹染料残留的分析质量控制。
