Abstract：
从中国近代建筑开平碉楼和当下＂暴富民居＂多方面的对比中,描述了东南部沿海乡村建筑营造的恶俗化倾向,对这种恶俗化倾向的产生的原因进行探讨及反思如何应对该倾向的趋势。
