Abstract：
本文通过在ic compiler进行物理设计过程中的IO pad、电源规划、宏单元的摆放三个主要的手动布局过程,进行详细的分析,设计过程中需要解决并注意的问题,最终设计满足面积,时序、功耗和设计规则的要求。
