Abstract：
以乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波辅助方式提取栀子黄色素.分别通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察乙醇浓度、浸提温度、料液比、浸提时间对浸提栀子黄色素的影响.结果表明最佳浸提参数是:溶剂浓度为50%、浸提温度为40°C、料液比为1:6、浸提时间为50min.此条件下栀子黄色素的浸提率达到99.69%,OD值为1.76.
