文章主要对高校物业管理的现状进行了分析,探讨了其存在的原因,对其推行的意义以及推行过程中遇到的问题进行了阐述。针对这些问题,提出了有针对性的提高物业管理水平的措施,认为高校应该选择高质量外包模式,做好日常监管,提高学校的物业管理水平。
