Abstract:

将短碳纤维、铜粉、钛粉混合均匀后装模加压制备了TiC/CuTi复合材料,并利用SEM和EDS方法对样品进行显微分析。实验结果表明:Cu粉、Ti粉与碳纤维高温反应能够原位合成TiC,生成的TiC晶粒与CuTi合金润湿性良好。当Ti/C摩尔比达到1.6时,提高Ti粉和碳纤维总的占比含量,生成的TiC晶粒变大。
