Abstract：
高校公众评议高校绩效活动的开展越来越被各高校所重视,关于如何维持高校公众评价长效机制的问题研究显得尤为重要。通过引入＂高校公众评价力＂这一概念范式,建构评价力影响因素体系,来丰富基于高校公众参与的高校绩效评估系统的理论与实践,可为当前高校公众参与的绩效评估过程中所＂遭遇＂的困境提供一些理论阐述和解决思路。
