Abstract：
以瓜环为材料制备了固相微萃取涂层,将其与气相色谱-质谱(GCM S)联用,建立了闽江水样中多种农药检测的方法。实验优化了影响固相微萃取的因素。在最优条件下,方法的线性范围在1.0~50 ng/m L之间,检出限最低可达0.00127 ng/m L。将该方法应用于闽江水样加标回收率实验,25 ng/m L和1 ng/m L农药的回收率分别在83.7%~113.3%和92.9%~125.6%之间。
