Abstract:
采用反应精馏隔壁塔技术,以甲醇钠为催化剂,通过乙酸异丙酯与甲醇酯交换反应合成异丙醇。利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对常规反应精馏工艺和反应精馏隔壁塔工艺分别进行模拟分析。结果表明:与常规反应精馏工艺相比,反应精馏隔壁塔不但可以得到纯度99.8%以上的异丙醇产品,而且异丙醇收率98.54%,节能20.4%。
