Abstract：
经济新常态下小微企业面临新的机遇和挑战。小微企业在发展过程中既活跃又脆弱,主要存在企业缺少竞争力、产业层次偏低、融资难、高成本和高税负等问题。基于此,以经济新常态为视角,从完善企业内部管理制度、推进企业转型升级、优化企业发展外部环境等方面提出了促进小微企业可持续发展的路径。
