Abstract：
＂宪法解释＂再次被党中央提上议程,当前宪法解释在我国的必要性体现在对于宪法发展、社会变迁和宪法修改的意义上。今后宪法解释的特殊功能表现在权衡宪法规范的政治性与法律性,保持宪法文本的模糊性、确定性与稳定性的统一,树立公民宪法信仰与维护法制统一三大方面。
