Abstract：
在我国大力推动＂双创＂背景下,智能快递柜是快递业中创业创新的典型代表。文中通过问卷调查方式,对福州市快递智能柜的应用情况进行深入分析,从顾客和企业角度挖掘智能柜市场应用所存在的问题,提出快递智能柜的应用对策,保证快递最后一公里的有效实现。
