Abstract：
当今,产学研合作模式已成为校企或科研机构之间一种有效的合作方式。通过对产学研合作模式下,技术创新及人才培养模式概述,指出当下此人才培养模式下的缺陷与不足,从而提出在产学研合作模式下如何构建新型技术创新及人才培养机制。
