文章通过对海峡两岸幼儿教师职业教育发展现状进行比较分析,指出两岸幼儿教师职业教育未来总体趋势将朝着政策立法精细化、课程设置均衡化、教学方式多样化乃至数字化智能化方向发展,并据此提出祖国大陆幼儿教师职业教育发展对策。
