Abstract：
构建商业模式创新、动态能力和竞争优势三者间的关系模型并提出相关假设,实证研究表明,商业模式创新的四个维度,即价值主张模式创新、价值创造模式创新、价值传递模式创新与价值网络模式创新对竞争优势存在着不同程度的影响,商业模式创新对竞争优势的影响是通过动态能力这一中介实现的。
