Abstract：
为探索冰叶日中花(Mesembryanthemum crystallinum Linn.)种子萌发过程中激素种类及浓度的调控作用,利用不同种类及浓度的植物激素(NAA、GA3:0、0.1、1、5、50、150、200mg/L;6-BA:0、0.05、0.5、1、5、9、15mg/L),检测种子萌发率、发芽势及发芽指数。结果表明:在适宜浓度下,3种激素对冰叶日中花种子的萌发都有促进作用。其中,6-BA在0.05mg/L时对种子萌发的促进作用最为明显,萌发率达到61%,较对照组提高了18个百分点。
