Abstract:

介绍一种基于55 nm CMOS工艺实现的温度传感器.该温度传感器包括温度传感电路与SAR ADC两个部分.温度传感电路产生与温度正相关的模拟电压,通过SAR ADC进行模数转换,从而得到代表温度信息的数字信号. ADC采用改进的R-2R DAC结构,改进后的R-2R DAC省略运算放大器和反馈电阻,简化电路结构,避免了传统结构中运放失调对温度精度的影响.仿真结果表明,在1.2 V供电电源、-20~100℃温度条件下,该温度传感器的温度分辨率为0.2℃,温度精度为+0.32℃.
