Abstract:
通过溶胶凝胶法制备了SnO_2纳米晶,并加入Ru–Sn涂液中刷涂到钛阳极上,经过热分解制备了SnO_2纳米晶含量不同的RuO_2–SnO_2涂层。采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了涂层的相成分和结构,通过循环伏安法测试了电极的电容性能,通过析氧电位表征了电极的电催化活性。结果表明,引入SnO_2晶种后,涂层最显著的变化是形成了SnO_2、RuO_2基固溶体和(Sn,Ru)O_2金红石固溶体三相组织。当SnO_2晶种的摩尔分数为20%时,电极具有最高的活性。
