Abstract:

本文介绍了利用8031单片微机构成的可控硅触发器.采用单相同步带锁相环(PLL)六倍频技术,具有较强的频率自适应能力,利用内部CTC0对控制角α定时,计数脉冲取自锁相环的输出,这保证了当电网频率在较大范围变化时,计数频率与电网频率同步,从而保证触发脉冲对称,且不存在积累误差.本触发器分辨率达0.0195°电角度,移相范围为0°~180°.
