Abstract:
通过热分解法,可制备出平均晶粒尺寸<100nm的WO3材料,在此材料中掺入适量的用溶胶-凝胶法制备的SiO2可制得对NH3有较好灵敏度的气敏元件.该元件选择性好,响应时间短,可作为理想的氨敏元件.
