Abstract：
跨国公司作为国际技术流动的组织者，在各种形式的国际技术转移中居于主导性的地位。目前，跨国公司的技术转移具有明显的内部化倾向。因此，本文试图通过对跨国公司技术转移内部化策略的描述及其原因分析，由此概括出其对中国企业国际化经营的启示。
