Abstract：
采用聚砜中空纤维酶膜反应器系统(截留分子量20 000),运用a-淀粉酶酶解淀粉并及时分离,连续制备了DPR-12糊精.通过对酶膜反应器连续化工艺的二次回归正交组合试验,获得了该系统的二次模型,并确定了产品适宜的工艺参数范围:流量为5～15mL/s;酶用量为0.60～0.80u/g淀粉;淀粉浓度为20%～25%.
