Abstract：
通过对主要对外直接投资理论的剖析,论证垄断优势对于跨国公司形成与发展的重要作用.从理论上阐明:拥有垄断优势的企业具有内在的强烈的国际化倾向,跨国公司是垄断资本国际化的产物与组织形式,控制与垄断东道国市场是对外直接投资的本质特征与直接动机.
