Abstract:
随着我国房地产市场日趋完善,房地产抵押贷款这种简捷的资产风险防范措施,正越来越广泛地为各商业银行采用,因而如何准确、合理地评估房地产抵押价格显得尤为重要.分析房地产抵押估价的特殊性,将抵押价格与交易价格进行比较,最后推荐几种常见的房地产抵押估价方法以及应用这些方法应注意的问题.
