Abstract:
提出了一种改进的SDS-PAGE方法. 采用0.46mol/L Tris-0.047mol/L glycine (pH?9.57)+1.0g/L SDS连续缓冲体系,分离胶T=15%(C=3%)和浓缩胶T=4%(C=3%)时在3.5~68.0?kD分子量范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.94. 该法操作简便分离效果好,使用常用的电泳试剂,适合于蛋白质酶解产物和一些疾病等的小分子多肽分析.
