Abstract:
影响绛红色小单孢菌孢子同步萌发的因子有营养、pH 、温度、密度、溶氧等,试验结果表明:pH 6.7~6.8、温度36℃、孢子密度以1×109个/ml为宜,溶氧及一些生长因子,特别是甘氨酸、缬氨酸、丝氨酸,对该菌孢子萌发也是相当重要的因子.
