Abstract：
近年来,美国许多证券公司建立了网上证券交易系统,包括网上电子公告板和网上交互式系统两种.这与传统的通过证券交易所进行的证券交易有很大不同.建立起科学的网上证券交易系统运行方式及与之相适应的法律制度,是发展网上证券交易系统的必然要求.
